Phở is the perfect comfort food warm, hearty, and deliciously refreshing. There are just as many Phở recipes as there are families and street vendors in Vietnam. With that said, it can never be expected for two bowls of Phở made in two separate kitchens, to ever taste the same. With each recipe different from one another in some sort of fashion, there are a few traditional ingredients that will never change. Those ingredients include a fresh, filling, and almost familial combination of our home made beef broth, rice noodles, and meat. With variations of Phở occurring over the years, different cuts of meat have been brought to the table.
Famous for resembling a bird’s nest, this is a traditional Vietnamese dish made with a bed of deep-fried egg noodles. Atop the crunchy egg noodles lays sautéed vegetables, your choice of meat, and our signature house sauce. Another Lele’s classic.
Also known as Bánh Xèo, literally translates to “sizzling pancake”, is named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet. Our Saigon Crêpe is a Vietnamese savory fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder. It is stuffed with bean sprouts, carrots, onions, and a choice of chicken and prawns, or tofu. This famous dish is served with a side of greens to make lettuce wraps for you to enjoy with our classic Vietnamese dipping sauce.

Ground chicken and vegetables are seasoned and made into dumplings. Our Potstickers are served either steamed or fried, with a sweet soy sauce.
Hoành Thánh Chiên, are a specialty in the Quang Nam Province of Vietnam. They are made with a mixture of seasoned pork, sweet onions, ground pepper, and carrots. All of this is wrapped and folded together to form a wonton that is then fried and served with our house sweet chili sauce.

BBQ Grilled Pork & Egg Roll $22.99
A traditional Vietnamese lemongrass salad with a bottom bed of mixed fresh vegetables including chopped iceberg lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and Thai basil. Literally translating to “fire meat”, Bulgogi is a Korean style rice dish made from thin slices of prime beef that is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ground black pepper, and other ingredients such as scallions, ginger, and onions. The marinated slices are then grilled, topped with sesame seeds, and served with a side of mixed vegetables and steamed rice.
